Customers
will be reimbursed for shipping costs
incurred relating to shipping defective mats
back to GET RUNG when the mats are received
by GET RUNG and determined to be defect
merchandise.
Product can
be returned otherwise if packages are
unopened before 30 days expire from receipt
of the product. Any packages that are
opened are not eligible for return credit.
If returning up to 30 packs, a refund will
be issued for $15 per pack less 5%
restocking charge. For returns in
excess of 30 packs, please contact us for
the return credit amount. A 5% restock
charge will apply regardless.
