Our 3/8" product is thinner than the typical martial arts
and wrestling mats, but it can work well for this application. Some extra prep work may be involved in the installation adding additional rigidity to the product seams
and general stability. We have found that
taping seam backs and possibly adhering the
tiles to the floor can prove to be
effective and necessary.
