• Our mats CAN be used OUTDOORS in some cases, but we do NOT warranty their use outdoor due to the nature of the activities possible...kids, dirt, sand, bikes, extreme nature...but some people get years of use depending on all the factors and care.
• We do not carry any products other than what is listed on the website
• Our mats only come packaged in the 10 colors shown plus the multi-color pack of 6 colors.  Other solid colors are available to custom order, may take 1-2 months and must be at least 100 packs to order.
• These are a rubber-like EVA foam, not commercial rubber
• These are NOT recommended for everyday use under cars in your garage, daily driving
• These do work VERY well under motorcycles and other equipment
• The 3/8" mats normally do not typically need to be glued down, just lock together and use.  For additional rigidity, duct tape the seam backs, and then possibly glue or tape them down for stability.  Gluing is HIGHLY recommended in applications such as martial arts, aerobics, wall to wall application or for large installations for 3/8" product.
• We typically do not ship outside of the US and Canada as it is too expensive
• Buyer is responsible for any taxes/VAT/PST/GST when shipped to Canada or other countries
• Pick up of product is available, just contact for an appointment.
• We can deliver as many packs as you need.
• These items are shipped via UPS with insurance unless specified otherwise, usually within 24 hours of payment.  CLICK FOR SHIPPING INFO
• We can ship to APO/FPO boxes, but will not to PO boxes.  These orders will be shipped USPS Parcel Post or Military Mail
• We warrant that the product will get to you in perfect condition or we will replace it at no cost to you.
• If any problems occur as defects in the product, we will fix them, please see the warranty page.
