We're considering offering discounted factory seconds.  These simply are the tiles that our factory screens out when putting together our main products.  There is nothing wrong with the product other than some slight cosmetic flaws as shown in the below examples.  The product is 100% as functional as our main product, there is no integrity difference.  Due to their cosmetic issues there would be no returns on the product and warranty would only cover deterioration issues.
